Our first Headshot of the Week! for March is Finn B. Sometimes the best shot from a session is the first one and more often it is the last one. In this case it was both and I had to try and pick between the very last and very first shot of the session for this week's HotW!. I feel good about the decision here as Finn brings that blend of "friendly" and "professional" that I'm always working to tease out of my clients. In Finn's case it wasn't hard to do as he was able to pull the look I was wanting right from the beginning. Great job, Finn!

Last Headshot of the Week! for February is here and has to be one of my favorites I've done. This week we have Wesley M. This one breaks some rules, but you have to admit you can't stop looking at him. He's so engaged with the camera and looks like he's having a great time. You know you want to sit down and have a beer with this guy. He's got stories to tell and you know they are going to be awesome :). Great job Wesley!

Give it up for Juanita S. as Headshot of the Week! this week. I had a blast getting to shoot with Juanita this past Thursday even though we only had a few minutes to get the shot done. I love this look she is giving the camera and this was only the second shot from when we got started. Sometimes those first or second shots are the best and she crushed it on this one.

Headshot of the Week! is a little late but this week's image was done just yesterday morning. This week's HotW! is Michael P. owner of Ansbach Artisans Fine Art Gallery in Frankin, TN. I met up with him at the gallery yesterday morning to do a session and all I can say is he crushed it. After only a little bit of direction he was giving the camera a ton of great looks. I don't think I've delivered so many keepers to one individual client after a session. Great job Michael!

It's Superbowl weekend and while the NFL is bringing their big game tomorrow, Lori C is bringing her "A" game to Headshot of the Week! today. Just a glance is all it takes for that awesome smile to make you stop and look. Lori was a blast to work with in the short time we had (minutes really) as several other people were getting headshots during this corporate shoot. Great job Lori!
